Main Gate, Lodge & Bank Fishing Open from 7.30am

Boats available from 8.30am

All Boats In by 5.30pm

All anglers offsite by 5.45pm

Gutting Room Closed at 4.45pm

Call the lodge to book boats.

Bank Anglers, we are limited to 30 vehicles around the reservoir perimeter track at any onetime we therefore recommend you call the lodge to book a car pass to ensure you have bank angler vehicle access, when calling to book a bank anglers car pass we will ask for your name, contact number & car registration

Our pre season stocking continues with 5,500 rainbows averaging 2lb been stocked prior to opening day.

Simon Gawesworth of RIO & Jim Fearn SAGE will be on hand offering advice and FREE trouble shooting sessions & casting lessons, covering Trout, Salmon & Salt

DRAYCOTE VACANCY 2019

Due to one of our Draycote fishery rangers moving to cover Thornton & Eyebrook we have a seasonal fishery ranger vacancy at Draycote.

You will be part of the busy Draycote Fishery Ranger team voted No1 Stillwater by Trout Fisherman in 2018

Duties will include

Working with the Draycote fishery management

Preparing boats for the anglers, ensuring boats are clean & in a safe condition

General lodge duties, assisting management within our busy tackle shop & lodge

General fisheries work which will include assisting with the stocking & general fisheries maintenance work

Working to a monthly rota shift pattern which will include some weekend & bank holiday working.

Working an average of 115 hours per month with some overtime available to cover holidays & extra cover during competitions & busy periods.

Previous fisheries experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.

We will provide work clothing.

To start asap with the seasonal contract running through to mid-December
